Career

For almost four years now, I have been part of the large Lantmannen family. By a happy coincidence, I received an invitation to an interview on my birthday and immediately realized that this was a sign, the beginning, the START (very symbolically) of a new story in my life.

Together with a team of professionals, it is easy to overcome challenges, and, lo and behold, I have been working at the factory for 15 years. Over the years, I have gained invaluable experience and learned a lot! My area of responsibility has also changed.

We have a good team that knows how to work effectively in a mode of constant change and multitasking, there is constant development and self-education. Lantmannen is constantly growing and developing. Together with the company, we are developing, new opportunities and potentials are emerging, and I am very pleased that all this is happening before my eyes and with my participation.

Time passes quickly and I have been working here for 6.5 years. You know, it's not just about work, it's more about learning, inspiration, trust, self-realization and projects. I am proud to represent the company at negotiations in retail chains or in another country, because I know that I have a high-quality, tasty product behind me, that the Lantmannen family makes. I am proud of my work in the company and the contribution that helps us become stronger in the Ukrainian market and build a culture of consumption!

Friendly, pleasant team, the answer to any question, people whom you can call so "yours" over the years, a cozy office, a constant passion for learning, development, career growth, support = love love, my Lantmannen! I am proud to work here and that my and the company's development is noticeable every year!

My success story began 13 years ago when I joined the Lantmannen AXA team. Thanks to continuous improvement, movement and flexibility, I was able to work my way up from a sales representative to the head of sales planning and analytics in a few years.
